				<description><![CDATA[<p>We started with the day with 10kts that quickly died to borderline hiking conditions.&nbsp; The first race got under way on time. We&nbsp; had a good start and rounded the top mark in about 6th. We sailed well and managed to draw a penalty on Kathleen Tocke, the overnight leader.&nbsp; This meant she had to do penalty turns and consequently, dropped back in the race. We pulled up to finish 2nd with our closest competiton behind us.</p>

				<title><![CDATA[WELCOME TO THE AMERICA'S CUP]]></title>

				<description><![CDATA[<p>The forecast was for big wind, or at least big for San Diego, for my 'ride <br />along' on the Artemis Racing AC45. But instead it was one of those "it's <br />never like this days". If it was a local regatta, nobody would have left the <br />couch. But this was the America's Cup World Series, where people are paid to <br />perform. And I had the only front row seat to the show.</p>
